Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sandestin Hotel Miramar Beach, Miramar Beach

Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location was peaceful and spacious, there were several issues that left us disappointed. We struggled with an uncomfortable bed and had some inconveniences with cleanliness and amenities. However, the outdoor pools and hot tubs were definitely highlights during our visit.

My stay at the Hilton Grand was mostly fantastic! From the warm welcome I received at the front desk to the spacious and clean rooms, I felt quite at home. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and it was great to have easy access to the beach and nearby shops. However, I did experience a hiccup with one staff member who wasn't very helpful, which affected my overall experience a bit.

We had a lovely time at the resort with its clean and comfortable atmosphere. The location is great, being just a bike ride away from the sandy beach. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were impressive. However, the TV in our suite was a little small and placed quite far from the bed, which made for awkward viewing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely despite a few quirks.

This resort really exceeded my expectations! The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the great amenities, especially the pools and the movie theater. On the downside, while the dining options were nice, I felt more variety in breakfast could enhance the experience. Overall, fantastic value for a family-friendly getaway, just a short walk to the beach.

My experience at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the efforts of the staff, especially Anthony who was exceptionally helpful, my initial experience with customer service was lacking due to communication issues. The location was ideal for exploring the Sandestin area, making it convenient for all sorts of activities. The charge confusion was frustrating, but overall, I had a pleasant stay.
